When you have your gaskets, backing plate and spindle all in your hands trying to get the holes to line up, you wish you had this kit. The factory spindle is attached using 8 bolts per side that make it hard to install.

We do not use nyloc or top lock nuts due to them backing out the stud when removing the nut. We use a serrated flanged grade 10 nut that has a 14mm head that will not do this.

Since there is 8 studs per side, we have yet to have a fastener failure no matter what grade used However, we have included high quality grade 8.8 and 10.9 hardware that is zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Allegra K Womens Tassel LaceUp Ankle Booties Black 1c0Fgo7H

Caster angle has alot to do with many steering issues you may have. Most just worry about their pinion angle in the front but you have to deal with your caster angle first and pinion angle second. You generally between 2 and 5 degrees positive caster. That means the top of your tire is angled toward the fire wall. Kind of like a bycicle. For the rear you have to set your pinion angle differently for the type of drive shaft you are running. See the attached graphic. Learn More

The development of the framework presented in here was a collaborative effort between me and several of my Untitled INC fellows. Peter Trapp was heavily involved in all aspects of the creation, including lending his surprising design prowess to it. Prof. Dr. Andranik Tumasjan of the University of Mainz (and formerly Technical University Munich) provided very valuable feedback and ideas, as did Dr. Oliver Krause , Dr. Karl-Michael Henneking and Daniel Pichler.

Blockchain, ICOs and bitcoin’s wild ride have been some of the hottest tech topics in 2017. Yet, while people spent billions of dollars on cryptographic tokens, the understanding of the different token types out there is still limited. Even among regular investors and long-standing members of the blockchain community.

One reason for it — a quite common one in emerging domains — is the lack of clear, generally agreed upon terminology and definitions. For instance, I regularly come across people who refer to all tokens as “cryptocurrencies”. Which, as we are going to see in a minute, isn’t precise. Which is somewhat problematic because precision in language and terminology is the basis for an informed, nuanced dialogue and good analysis.

Whether you want to develop a token or evaluate one, it’s critical to understand the nuances of the subject. Moreover, the blockchain community is growing and maturing. As a result, it is increasingly getting in touch with “the real world” (aka people who are new to the subject). Investors, regulators, politicians and decision-makers in businesses are all taking the space increasingly serious. Many are in the process of formulating their positions and strategies for dealing with the subject. Clarity and accessibility of relevant knowledge are key to allowing those actors to make good, informed decisions.

This is why we, the Untitled INC team, set out to develop a framework that a) reflects the various existing token types, b) allows to classify and analyze tokens in various relevant dimensions, and c) fosters a better, nuanced understanding of crypto tokens. Today, we are presenting the first iteration of the Token Classification Framework, the result of our effort. In this post, I’m going to walk you through the framework and explain the work and thinking that went into it.

Introductory Remarks

Before we get into the framework, some technical and procedural remarks.

To develop the framework, we reviewed a lot of work on tokens that had already been put out there. Many smart people published very helpful thoughts and ideas which influenced our thinking and chosen terminology. You’ll find a list of references at the end of this article.

A majority of the time, it isn’t the quiet over achiever that needs to be let go, but the empty heartless boss in a suit that needs to be let go. They tend to reach the pinnacle of incompetence in a very special way. Of course we also have the brown-nosing backstabber that spends hours upon hours of the day kissing the tail end of the higher up, talking about nothing, and getting rewarded for several hours of hard work a day when in reality they just keep busy and accomplish little or no actual work.

Now let’s talk about the real workers, I’m talking about the ones who make up the backbone of the company, they’re typically the ones that get let go most often. They get let go because of incompetent bosses and sycophant people who have the influence to make things happen in the company when they shouldn’t be allowed to even use a stapler.

Realistically the cause of layoffs today isn’t that people aren’t letting their true light shine, they aren’t holding back from their true potential and their abilities, they are actually achieving and becoming more competent than their bosses which is taken as a threat and results in being let go by a boss who couldn’t really figure out where to place them in the first place.

This is why sycophant people should never be promoted or praised. This is why the people that needs to be cherished and respected, are the people who are honest and giving the company a hard day’s work. The work place needs less and less Judas and more men and women with human qualities , the people who are honest, hardworking and intelligent. They are the workers, who should be glorified, and glorification of these workers will result in work and goal oriented people in the work environment. They will be the ones who can carry the company to new heights and miracles happen.

men and women with human qualities

We need to stop giving praise to the dishonest greedy mongers who bring people down and are basically just empty space in the work area. These negative people can hinder an entire company, and in most cases are very good at hiding their laziness and hidden agendas. These people need to be filtered out in order to give a healthy, fair, and attractive work area that is motivating and able to give people a chance for advancement. All in all it’s important to never support the sycophant and instead promote honest and fair teamwork in the work area in order to take companies to new heights of success. While this may seem like common sense, it’s still something that needs to be worked on in most businesses.
